The family of Toluwanisings has rejected plans to bury him in a cemetery, insisting that he must be taken to their home in Oyo State and laid to rest beside his late mother.
Speaking on behalf of the family, a representative said all family members had agreed that he should not be buried in a cemetery.
“We have all decided in the family that Toluwanisings must not be buried in the cemetery. For this reason, they should bring him back home”
The representative warned that the family would not accept any burial arrangement that went against their decision. He insisted that they would take action if Toluwanisings was buried in a cemetery.
“If you people decide to bury him in the cemetery, we will remove him from there. I am speaking on behalf of all the family members”
He further warned that the family would open the grave and bring him back home if their wishes were ignored.
“So don’t ever bury him there, if not, we open the grave to remove him and bring him back home to bury beside his mother’s grave” he added.
The family representative also said they wanted Toluwanisings buried in the family compound, regardless of the reasons for refusing to bury him in the house he built.
“If you say you can’t bury him in his house that he built, we don’t know your reasons and we don’t even care to know, just bring him home. He has a father’s compound, we will bury him beside his mother’s grave” he concluded.
