Social media personality Jarvis has cleared up the confusion over a viral wedding clip, saying she called her husband a “tomb shifter,” not a “womb shifter.”
She spoke after many social media users misunderstood her words, leading her to share a voice note explaining what she actually said.
The confusion began soon after Jarvis’ wedding, when videos from the ceremony spread online. Many viewers questioned the phrase she used while speaking about her husband.
“For those of you that came to my wedding and be changing the word that I say, I dropped a voice note. I never said ‘womb shifter’.
Jarvis insisted the word she used was “tomb” and even spelled it out to clear up the misunderstanding.
“I said ‘tomb shifter’. T-O-M-B. In the Bible, didn’t you see where somebody shifted the tomb? Now I say my husband is a tomb shifter.
She also rejected claims that she said “womb,” explaining that the phrase was simply a creative compliment for her husband.
“Please, tomb shifter. It’s a name that we give our husbands in our village,”
Her explanation has continued to draw attention online. While many social media users found the clarification amusing, others praised Jarvis for explaining exactly what she meant.
