Streamer Davrel has drawn reactions online after speaking about driving in Nigeria without a driver’s licence during a livestream.
While chatting with friends in a car, Davrel asked Pastor Sosa, “Pastor Sosa, if police hold me now, am I going to jail?”
Pastor Sosa replied that he would not be jailed but could get a ticket, adding that he was driving below the speed limit.
Davrel then compared the situation with his experience in Nigeria, saying he drives without a licence and claimed police officers do not disturb him.
“In Nigeria, I drive without a driver’s licence and the police doesn’t disturb me. I just zoom off,” he said.
His comment quickly drew reactions from Nigerians, with many questioning why he would publicly talk about driving without a licence.
Some accused him of talking too much, while others joked that he had given the police enough information to find him. One person tagged the FRSC, while another wrote, “Imagine committing a crime and still posting it.”
Others criticised the situation, blaming Nigeria’s system, while some suggested Davrel was only rage-baiting for reactions.
