A Nigerian man has lamented the hardship facing citizens, describing President Bola Tinubu’s administration as bad while saying he still wants to vote for him in the 2027 election.
The man said many Nigerians are struggling to afford food, with some people going hungry despite the rising cost of living.
According to him, his decision to vote for Tinubu again is based on his desire for the president to complete his tenure, even as he criticised the government over the suffering in the country.
He stressed that the hardship facing Nigerians should not be ignored, noting that some people had not eaten anything since morning.
“I will vote for Tinubu. I want him to complete his tenure because we are suffering. This administration is a bad administration. Let us be sincere and factual; we are suffering. Since morning, some people have not even had a square meal. People are suffering. That is the basic truth.”
His comments highlight the difficult situation many Nigerians say they are facing, particularly when it comes to meeting their basic needs.
While he expressed dissatisfaction with Tinubu’s administration, the man maintained that he wanted the president to finish his tenure, linking his position to the hardship Nigerians are experiencing.
His statement comes as concerns over the cost of living and access to basic necessities remain major issues for many households across the country.
