A Nigerian man, Emeka Njeako, has taken to Facebook to announce his divorce. He also used the post to share his regrets and the lessons he picked up along the way.
He posted a photo from his wedding day. In the caption, he wrote: “Officially Divorced.
“Say No to connected marriage / matchmaking marriage.
“Date your woman well before marriage else you waste your time and Resources……
“I wish i can say more but my story is like Nollywood movie.
“Betrayed by bloód…”
Njeako got married in January 2026. That means the marriage lasted just a few months before it ended.
