Big Brother Naija former housemate Cross Okonkwo has spoken out in defence of his colleague, Whitemoney, after the reality star was criticised for calling out a man who sent romantic messages to his DM.
Whitemoney had earlier made it clear that he is not interested in men, but some netizens dragged him for exposing the man.
Cross said having feminine energy does not mean Whitemoney is gay. He also shared his own experience, saying he once rejected an offer of N500 million and $200,000 to sleep with a man.
“You all should leave Whitemoney alone. A man can have feminine energy and be 💯% straight. I have been offered 500million naira, $200k to sleep with a man, and I refused. And many other offers also.
You can’t buy me with money or material things; that’s something my mum taught me from childhood.
White money is right to post that man. If I were to post my DMs, will u be mad at me also? Some men are so stupīd they send you rubbish in your DMs and think it’s ok to send things to people. I understand some people play and go down like that, especially in our community and industry.
But be cautious, because not everyone plays like that. And as a man, if you like your fellow man. You need deliverance; there is a spirit in you making you do such evil, and this goes to women also, not just men. We will pray for you because Jesus loves you too”.
Whitemoney has previously been linked romantically with Mercy Eke and Queen, though both relationships ended without becoming official.
