Chocolate City Music has begun legal action against Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck over the alleged assault of one of its staff members, according to court documents that recently surfaced.
The incident was said to have happened on December 22, 2025, during the Flytime Music Festival in Lagos, one of Nigeria’s biggest entertainment events.
The court papers claim the rapper allegedly attacked a staff member of the record label at the festival. The exact details of what happened have not been made public, as investigations are still ongoing.
Chocolate City said the staff member involved has received medical care and the necessary support from the company. The label added that the safety and well-being of its employees remain a top priority and that it is doing everything needed to ensure the affected worker gets the required assistance.
