Ola of Lagos has urged graduates struggling to find jobs to stay persistent and show they are serious about getting opportunities.

Speaking on TheKKShow podcast, the influencer said some of his workers got their jobs by repeatedly contacting him through direct messages.

“To people that are graduates that are still struggling, it’s partially your fault.“

He also warned that getting a job with a successful person does not mean becoming wealthy immediately. According to him, people must understand that growth takes time.

“You have to understand that it’s a process. Elon Musk can be paying you $200 in a month because he has trillions of dollars or billions of dollars. Doesn’t mean he go pack everything give you.”

“You have to understand that Elon Musk is trying to go to another level too, and if you really want to go with him, you have to calm down.”

Ola of Lagos further told job seekers and employees to be patient and trust the process.

“People should calm down. They should trust the process. Calm down. This is what I’m talking about here. Every CEO can relate, even yourself… You need to calm down.”
