Nollywood actress Laide Bakare has called out her colleague, Eniola Badmus, over her recent interview, accusing her of repeatedly damaging her reputation in public.
Sharing a video of Badmus’ interview with Isbae U, Laide described her as an ingrate and claimed she had warned her several times to stop speaking against her.
She also accused Eniola of showing disrespect despite the help she received from her, insisting that another person’s insecurity would not distract her from her journey.
“Nuisance ni lady yi sha! Must you always damage my character publicly? I have warned you several times to stop, but you have decided to bring me down at all costs. You will surely hear from me.

The latest clash follows years of disagreements between the actresses. Last year, Laide said she had supported Eniola for 20 years because of her love for the company, but was repaid badly. She also accused her of embarrassing her at an event.
In 2023, the pair fell out after Eniola criticised Laide’s outfit at her book event, comparing it to Pastor Adejara’s outfit. Laide responded that Eniola and some colleagues rarely celebrated her achievements but watched for her mistakes.
Eniola hit back, accusing Laide of shaming her over not having a child or family and supporting President Tinubu during the election. She also warned that she loved violence.
The actresses later had an intense argument at the premiere of Eniola Ajao’s Owambe Thieves, nearly leading to a fight.
Laide also shared Eniola’s direct message, in which she called her an animal over a photo they took together. Laide claimed she gave Eniola her first major role when others avoided her because of her looks and obesity. She said Eniola had repaid her kindness with insults and warned that she had started something she could not finish.
