Paris Saint-Germain manager Luis Enrique has named three Barcelona stars his team must watch out for ahead of their Champions League meeting on Tuesday.
The PSG boss also explained how his players could limit the threat posed by Lamine Yamal during the match.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Enrique said controlling possession would be key to stopping the young Barcelona forward.
“The best way to stop Lamine Yamal is to keep the ball away from Barcelona,” Enrique told reporters.
“If he cannot get the ball, everything is calm. That would be ideal.
“But it is not just Lamine. There are Raphinha and Pedri. There are a lot of top players.”
Enrique’s comments show that PSG are aware of the threat Barcelona’s attacking players could pose in the Champions League clash.
The French side go into the encounter on the back of a 3-1 victory over Strasbourg in their Ligue 1 match at the weekend.
Barcelona also enjoyed a strong result in their last outing, beating Real Betis 5-2 away from home in LaLiga.
Both teams will now turn their attention to Tuesday’s European contest as they prepare to face each other.
