A young woman, identified as Umuora Mmesoma, has reportedly been found dead after she went missing on Friday, October 16, 2026, in Uga, Anambra State.
According to a report shared by Chuks on X, her ex-boyfriend, identified as Chima, allegedly killed her after she ended their relationship.
The report stated that the suspect confessed to the killing, claiming he acted because Mmesoma broke up with him.
“I killed her because she broke up with me. I killed her in my house in Uga, put her inside a bag and dumped her somewhere,” he reportedly said.
The disturbing incident has raised fresh concerns about violence linked to relationships. It also highlights the dangers of possessive behaviour and the importance of taking threats from partners or former partners seriously.
