Chelsea Name 11 Players Who Could Leave Before Transfer Window Closes

Chelsea have reportedly put 11 players up for sale as the club presses on with its squad rebuild during the summer transfer window.

The Blues want to trim their squad after spending more than £300 million on new signings this summer.

Chelsea have added Morgan Rogers, Maxence Lacroix, Marco Palestra, Geovany Quenda, Valentin Barco, Danny Welbeck and Emmanuel Emegha to the squad.

According to The Athletic on Thursday, the players available for transfer are Enzo Fernández, Pedro Neto, Malo Gusto, Benoît Badiashile, Axel Disasi, Trevoh Chalobah, Marc Guiu, David Datro Fofana, Liam Delap and Nicolas Jackson.

Chalobah is reportedly set for a £31 million move to Serie A club Como, while Pedro Neto has been linked with a reunion with Enzo Maresca at Manchester City.

Chelsea are expected to approve more exits before the transfer window shuts as the club continues reshaping the squad.

Meanwhile, Chelsea have recorded one win and two defeats in their first three pre-season matches ahead of the 2026/27 campaign under Xabi Alonso.

The Blues opened their tour with a thrilling 6-4 victory over Western Sydney Wanderers, impressing in attack despite conceding four goals.

Their next game ended in a 2-1 defeat to Tottenham Hotspur in Sydney as Alonso rotated his squad and assessed his players.

Chelsea then lost 1-0 to Juventus in Hong Kong after creating chances but failing to score.

After three games, the Blues have scored seven goals and conceded seven, showing their attacking quality but also defensive concerns before the Premier League season begins.

Chelsea will now aim to return to winning ways in friendlies against AC Milan on Saturday, Johor Darul Ta’zim on Sunday and Real Sociedad on Saturday, August 15, as Alonso continues preparing his squad for the new season.
